How to Earn RP in Drag Drive Simulator

Codes first, then Tournament pools, Time Trial repeats, jobs, and 2x Paycheck — never Robux from play.

How to Earn RP

RP is Drag Drive Simulator’s cash. ADV Gamers Team does not pay Robux for racing, deliveries, or cafe shifts. You spend RP on vehicles, gear-ratio time, cosmetics, and dealer lots. You spend Robux only if you choose store passes such as Police Pass or Suspension Pro. This page ranks legal RP sources so you stop treating every loop as equal.

Read getting started if your wallet is still empty, jobs for role details, and the RP planner when you want a session mix on paper. Gamepass math lives on players / gamepasses.

Rank 1: redeem codes

Codes are the largest one-time RP hits. Open the shopping-cart Store, choose Redeem, paste the string exactly, confirm. The codes hub is the live list. V1.1.8 added five new redeem strings with the Independence Quest, including DDSSPECIALMERDEKA2026. ADV Gamers Team also prints codes on the Roblox description when like milestones hit.

Redeem on a fresh server if a code fails. Do not type spaces. Do not assume a code from a screenshot still works. Codes expire; jobs do not. Always redeem before you grind an Office Worker desk for an hour that a single string would have covered.

Rank 2: Sentul Tournament

Tournament Drag Race at Sentul Track (Sentul Circuit) is the highest skill payout. Players buy into a pool and the winner takes it. That is why launch technique from the controls page matters: a missed dump donates RP to someone who held 6000-8000 RPM and shifted on time.

Do not enter Tournament on a stock expensive car you cannot launch. Do not enter on a bike with random gear ratios. Confirm three clean Time Trials, then play for the pool. The drag racing guide is the race-mode companion; this page only cares that Tournament is where tuned players print RP and untuned players bleed it.

Busy 25-player servers make richer pools. Empty servers make Tournament a waste of travel time — switch to Time Trial or a job.

Rank 3: Sentul Time Trial

Time Trial pays RP by distance covered per second. Races are short, often under 15 seconds of actual strip, so the hourly rate depends on how fast you restage. It is the honest farm while you learn. It is also the test bench for gear tuning: if a ladder is wrong, Time Trial tells you before Tournament takes the wallet.

Time Trial is not “worse Tournament.” It is a different formula. You get paid for pace, not for beating seven other people. Use it when you are warming up, when the lobby is shy, or when you are validating a short-gear launch versus a long-gear top-end.

Pettarani Track in Makassar is the longer top-end classroom. It is not automatically better RP than Sentul. Use Pettarani to see whether your high gears run out of breath, then return to Sentul for repeatable payouts.

Rank 4: jobs

Jobs pay while you are not on the lights. Courier packages, Office Worker math, Barista at the Coffee Shop, and RideGo Driver fares (V1.1.7) all produce RP. Civilian produces none. Policeman produces RP after you buy Police Pass (149 Robux); it is still not a Robux earner.

Job RP is lower per minute than a won Tournament and often lower than a hot Time Trial streak, but it does not require a perfect clutch. Use jobs when:

  • you are learning map roads
  • RideGo pings are actually coming in
  • you want 2x Paycheck to do something
  • Sentul is gridlocked with event traffic

Stack a job block with a race block. Do not AFK in Civilian and wonder why the dealer is still expensive.

Rank 5: 2x Paycheck pass

2x Paycheck is a Robux store pass that doubles salary from jobs you complete. It does not mint Robux. It does not double a code. It does not magically win Tournament. Buy it only if you already like Courier, Office, Barista, RideGo, or police shifts. The gamepasses page is the pass overview; this paragraph is the RP warning: a pass you never work is a donation to the store.

If you refuse Robux spending, ignore this rank. Codes, Time Trial, Tournament, and free jobs remain enough to buy a starter motorcycle and a sensible tune.

Spending order so RP survives

  1. Redeem codes.
  2. Buy a cheap motorcycle from a nearby dealer, not the first expensive car.
  3. Put time into clutch and a gear ladder.
  4. Farm Time Trial until launches stick.
  5. Enter Tournament on full servers.
  6. Fill gaps with jobs.
  7. Only then look at limited lots, DRL colors, rims, and paint passes.

Independence limited vehicles from V1.1.8 are tempting. Read the Independence event page so you do not dump a week of RP on a window that already closed. Suspension Pro (29 Robux) is a handling extra, not an RP printer.

What not to spend RP on yet

Do not buy a second vehicle before the first one launches. Do not max cosmetic DRL flash rates on a bike that still spins at green. Do not treat truck dealers as beginner income tools. Do not pay Tournament pools as a donation because “maybe this time” while your RPM sits on the limiter.

If a friend swears a secret method pays Robux, they are wrong. Screenshot the Guides Hub if you need a reminder of the real list: codes, races, jobs, optional paycheck pass. Use the RP planner to sketch a 45-minute block — for example 10 minutes codes and dealer, 15 minutes Time Trial, 10 minutes Courier, 10 minutes one Tournament — and stick to it until the cheap bike is tuned. That plan beats a random night of window shopping on Surakarta lots you cannot afford.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers to the most common Drag Drive Simulator questions.

Can I earn Robux inside Drag Drive Simulator?

No. Gameplay pays RP (cash) only. Robux is for optional passes. Anyone promising Robux from races or jobs is describing a different game.

What is the fastest legal RP?

Redeem codes first. After that, won Sentul Tournaments pay the most per event, while Time Trial is the most repeatable strip farm.

Does 2x Paycheck double race winnings?

It doubles job salary from work you complete. Treat race pools and codes as separate. See gamepasses for pass scope.

Should I job if I can already win Time Trials?

Yes, as filler. Jobs teach the map and keep RP moving when Sentul queues are awkward. Courier and Office Worker are the simple fillers.

Is Pettarani better RP than Sentul?

Not automatically. Pettarani is a longer top-end test. Sentul Time Trial and Tournament remain the public payout classroom. Details: drag racing.

How do I plan a grind session?

Use the RP planner and the spending order on this page: codes, cheap bike, Time Trial, Tournament, jobs, then cosmetics.
